of nominations of our elections 2022 

Dear partners:

Your participation is important!

The nomination process of candidates for the positions available to be part of the PRASFAA Board of Directors, for the year 2022 begins on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 and ends on Friday, October 21, 2022. 

The available positions are the following:

President (a) pro Elect (a)  
Treasurer (a) pro Elected (a)
Vocal

Data to consider:
 

• You must ensure that the person you nominate is up to date with their membership and is a Regular Member of PRASFAA.

• Incomplete ballots will be ineligible.

• You must have the consent of the partner to nominate.

The Nominations Committee will validate the information of the nominees and will contact the partners who meet the requirements in writing by email from theOctober 24 to 26, 2022.

Once the candidate accepts the nomination, they must send the following information to Mrs. Belén González, President of the Nominations and Elections Committee.  Ms. González's email is:belengonzalez@mechtech.edu eitherbelengonzalez19@gmail.com

The information to send is the following:

​

• A photo of the candidate.

• Brief description (one or two sentences) mentioning the interest in being part of the PRASFAA board and your contribution to it.

The Nominating Committee will prepare the  voting ballot and will send it to the administrator of the PRASFAA page.

​

The Communications Committee will announce to the membership via email the beginning of the voting period that will begin onTuesday, November 1, 2022 and will end on Friday, November 11, 2022.

​

The Communications Committee will announce the closing of elections to the membership via email. 

​

The PRASFAA president and the president of the Nominations and Elections Committee will receive the results through the PRASFAA Page Administrator on Monday, November 14, 2022.  The report will be validated by the Nominations Committee. 

​

Once the process has been validated, the election results will be announced electronically on or before Monday, November 11, 2022.

​

Completion of the PRASFAA 2022 Elections process, will culminate with the inauguration which will take place at our general assembly on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the Hilton Ponce Golf & Casino Resort.
