Anita Olivencia is a Senior Training Specialist with 32 years of experience in the Federal Student Aid programs. She began their career in financial aid at a proprietary institution in Puerto Rico, and then moved north of Boston to work at larger institution of higher education. She joined the U.S. Department of Education in 1999, first as a Client Account Manager for the Direct Loan program, and then in 2005 as Training Officer.  She holds a Master of Business Administration from Salem State University.
